Partner Communications launches version 7 of the PB Digital system

Partner Communications is one of the largest and leading communication companies in Israel, providing a wide range of advanced services in mobile, television, internet, and electricity. The company serves millions of private and business customers and leads the market in innovation, service quality, and commitment to high standards of technology, regulation, and accessibility. Partner operates with a vision of technological excellence and personalized service and continues to place the customer at the center of every interaction.

The MAGNUM/PB Digital system from Consist for smart digital forms and documents has been installed at Partner since 2006, and last week we had the honor of visiting Partner’s offices in Rosh HaAyin to mark the launch and go-live of version 7 of the system. After the impressive launch event, we asked Rachel Nahum, Head of the OCIO Division at Partner, to tell us about Partner’s relationship with the PB Digital system and Consist over the years, and about the benefits of the new version of the system.

Rachel Nahum, Head of the OCIO Division at Partner Communications, can you tell us about Partner’s relationship with Consist and the PB Digital system?

With pleasure. The PB Digital system, formerly known as PrintBOS, has accompanied Partner since 2006. It is a central and critical system for all processes of producing, designing, managing, and sending forms and documents to customers. It is not just a “behind-the-scenes” system, but a tool that allows us to provide customers with accurate, fast, and accessible service as an integral part of Partner’s service experience.

What did the upgrade to version 7 include, and how was the process carried out in practice?

The transition to version 7 included a comprehensive upgrade of the system, installation of new and innovative servers, and an overall improvement of infrastructure and work processes. All this, fortunately, and thanks to the professionalism of our teams and Consist’s teams, was carried out without any disruption to the service and without system downtime, even though this platform manages tens of thousands of customer forms for us every day. The transition was smooth, planned, and professional – continuing the tradition of reliable and efficient work with the Consist team.

What is unique about version 7 of the new system?

The new version includes advanced features for design and template management, which greatly streamline the work of our implementers. With the new tools, it is easier for us to create, update, and replicate hundreds of templates for forms and documents of various types, personalized for each service and customer – from joining mobile services, through Partner TV, and up to electricity services.

How does the system contribute to compliance with legal and accessibility requirements?

In every transaction conducted with a customer, the system documents the action, creates a PDF document, and makes it accessible according to the strict international UA-PDF standard, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law. This is part of Partner’s commitment – both as a socially aware company and as a company that respects the law and its customers.

And in conclusion – what is the organizational significance of PB Digital at Partner today?

PB Digital is an integral part of the operational DNA. It not only supports service processes – but also enables documentation, accessibility, integration with our CRM system, all in a seamless way that provides an optimal customer experience. We have no doubt that this upgrade will continue to serve us – and our customers – for years to come.

Thank you Rachel! Consist is proud to be part of the activity of a leading company like Partner Communications!

Ofir Grinner, Head of the Digital Forms Technologies Division at Consist, adds: “The version upgrade was an important strategic step in Partner’s journey towards an advanced digital operations world. The new version enables a significant acceleration of operational processes, along with considerable savings in work time and resources. The new interface was designed with system implementers in mind, offering a user-friendly work environment that allows independent, simple, and flexible setup
