MAGNUM is a suite of solutions for organizational digital transformation from Consist. In the case study before us, the system enabled streamlining HR processes in RENUAR’s chain branches and transforming them into digital, fast, and highly efficient processes.
MAGNUM: The smart and proven way to streamline organizational processes
Recently, Consist successfully completed an innovative project at the RENUAR fashion group, in which an advanced solution for managing the employee onboarding process in the chain branches was implemented – a smart, fast, and paperless solution.
The system is based on three core components from Consist’s MAGNUM platform:
- PB Digital – for managing digital forms and documents.
- API INTEGRATOR – for smart system integration without the need for coding.
- BLOX – for developing digital processes and interactive forms easily, without programming knowledge.
The new system continues previous projects carried out at RENUAR, designed to streamline and simplify the employee onboarding process in branches – with full integration to core organizational systems.
How it works:
- At the beginning of the process, the branch manager activates a smart digital form to enter the new employee’s details, launching a fully automated onboarding process.
- The information is entered directly into the organization’s core systems.
- At the same time, a personalized onboarding document kit is generated according to the manager’s choices on the activation page.
- Next, the manager digitally signs the documents, which are then sent to the new employee for remote signing.
- The signed documents are automatically transferred to HR and management teams, and the data is updated in the organizational database.
- All this – without manual emails, without printing, and without unnecessary hassle.
